  • 'Excelent professional service and advice In the end, what was meant to be ear wax removal as recommended by a doctor, turned out to be an extremely useful (and less expensive) consultation. The Earwax Wizard consultant could see that my inner ear was infected and was reluctant to go too deep into the ear. He did remove some wax and my hearing is much better. He recommended a course of over-the-counter Earcalm to stop the infection, and return to the doctor for stronger antibiotics if this does not work.'

  • 'Excellent service so a well-deserved 5 stars Not only did I manage to get an appointment within 24 hours (everyone else was offering literally weeks later) but a home visit too which was really important as my mother is 91 and doesn't travel well! Jordan was so kind and patient dealing with my mother who had gone completely deaf in both ears and was very distressed about the situation.
